Denise Coffey is a fully trained, qualified and licensed Permanent Makeup Artist and Technician and the founder of Wiltshire Permanent Makeup.  Denise works from her relaxing treatment studio which is based within the Wellbeing Clinic, 13 Church Street Calne.  Wiltshire Permanent Makeup is proud to be awarded with the highest (4 star) tattoo hygiene rating governed by Wiltshire Council.
